Where are you located?

Our Flagship Studio is located at 31 Vulture Street, West End, Brisbane QLD.

How do I book an appointment at the Brisbane Flagship Studio?

You can book online for a time and day that suits you. Head to our booking page!

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments aren’t mandatory but are preferred. Walk-ins are welcomed in, but appointments will guarantee you our undivided attention while we walk you through this step in your journey.

 

How long are appointment times?

We allow approximately 1 hour for your bridal appointment.

 

How many people can I bring?

We suggest keeping your party small, approximately four or less people. If you require a larger party, please notify us beforehand.

 

Can I take photos?

Of course! Having photos of yourself in the gowns makes it much easier for you to look at them later to make your decision. You are also welcome to video call anyone who can’t be at the appointment with you!

 

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range from approximately $1,900 to $6,000.

 

Do you have plus size samples?

Yes! We have samples up to size 28 in our Brisbane Studio. We can also make any dress in sizes 4 – 30.

 

Do you stock veils & accessories?

We have veils, overskirts, necklaces, earrings, belts – the list goes on! Some of these items will need to be ordered 1-5 months in advance depending on the product.

 

When should I order my wedding gown?

We recommend ordering your gown 6 months before your wedding date. This allows 4 months for it to be made, and 2 months for alterations. We can do rush orders for a fee. We also have a selection of sample gowns that you can buy off the rack.

 

What is a designer day?

A designer day is when our designer Jack Sullivan himself will be in store. There is champagne, treats, & good vibes! Jack will happily answer any and all of your questions and personally discuss with you any goals or thoughts you have about your gown. Follow our instagram for updates on a designer day in your city!

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Feel free to bring inspiration photos you have of what type of gown you’re looking for. Our stylists are able to match you to your perfect gown. It is also helpful to wear the undergarments you’ll be wearing on the day, such as strapless bras or spanx. This gives you a better idea of how the dress will look!

 

Do you have parking available?

There is limited street parking, so we recommend aiming to get here a little early to find a spot.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit when I order my gown?

Yes. We require a $300 deposit to secure your fabrics. The remaining 50% deposit is due 6 months before your wedding date. If your wedding is 6 months or less away when ordering, we need the 50% deposit upfront.
